How Interviews Work

The only thing you should prepare in advance of your interview is to identify at least one example of a time you have dealt with complexity. Your example(s) can be drawn from work or personal life experiences... or a mix of both. There really are no rules to this. Oh, and one more thing, just come ready to be yourself.

After the interview, you'll receive a thank you note for giving your time and sharing your experiences. You might also receive some follow-up questions, which will be completely optional.
